1.1.Job Purpose
The Human Resource Manager must be able to proactively
implement internal processes to ensure the Firm operates in line with the
highest international standards of Corporate Governance – including taking
overall responsibility for performance management, talent development,
recruitment, work permits, as well as additional responsibilities in estate management and general administration.
1.2.Previous Experience Requirements
•Previous experience in developing , implementing
and monitoring effective internal processes a must
•Previous financial management/administrative
experience is important
•SAP application is an added advantage
