Definition of Rape

Rape is an act of sexual
involving sexual penetration either by force, blackmail or under false
promises. “I believe that whatever violates the integrity of a woman’s body
should be considered rape”.

Sexual violence apart from
being dehumanizing is an unlawful intrusion of the right to privacy and
sanctity of the female, justice.
Sexual intercourse with a
woman by a man without her consent and chiefly by force is rape.
Historically, rape
was defined as unlawful sexual intercourse with a woman against her wish, the
essential element of the crime was sexual penetration, force and lack of
consent. Woman who were rape to the utmost of their power or rape.                                                     

Additionally,
a husband could have sex with his wife against her wish without being charged
with rape. As of the early 2000, lack of consent is a necessary element in
every rape. But this qualifier does not mean that the person may make sexual
contact with a minor or incapacitated person who actually consented through the
overwhelming majority of rape victims are women. A man may be convicted of
raping another woman.
