With the growth of the of the business in the UK my client who are a major WTG manufacturer are looking to appoint an experienced Site/O&M Team Leader to look after the operations and maintenance of their wind turbines in operation on a newly commissioned wind farm in South Wales.
Description: Reporting to the Global O&M Director.
Mission: Supervision of the maintenance of wind turbine generators.
Manage of internal/subcontractor personnel and assuring the availability of resources, materials and tools during the field works. Planning and execution of preventive maintenance and design improvements. Supervision of preventive and corrective interventions. Internal and external reporting – daily, monthly and annual. Previous experience in the operation and maintenance of multi megawatt wind farms in operational phase.
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in WTG Operation & Maintenance, as well as personnel management, customer contact and subcontract control.
Ideally looking for candidates already based in the South of Wales
