Our Client a leading multinational company are currently hiring a customer service advisor fluent in English and Italian. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with excellent opportunities for career progression. The role is based in the beautiful commuter town of Clonakilty , Co.Cork.
This role involves taking inbound calls and replying to web based quires through email and chat, providing a high level of customer service to businesses and end users. There is approximately a team of 200 people on site providing customer service, technical support and event management activities.
Fluency in English is essential for the role and candidates should ideally be living in Ireland with eligibility to work.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Customer service experience
• Efficient use of computers including knowledge of Microsoft.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Problem resolution skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to work alternate shifts is a job requirement
