Your main responsibilities will include the resolution of customer queries, cross-selling and up-selling to meet and exceed set targets.
Each customer is different and you should be able to listen and adapt to each customer to offer excellent customer service and also to promote a range of products or financial services that you have identified as relevant to that specific customer.
You are very customer focused and have a proven track record in sales and delivering excellent customer service. You have outstanding communication skills and you are able to build a rapport with your customers. You are very self motivated and driven to succeed. You are comfortable introducing new products and services to customers, to ensure you have gone the extra mile to offer them a memorable customer experience.
