Based in their Livingston location, you will be the first point of contact for customers, where your role will be to assist with customer enquiries and requests regarding their account. Other duties and responsibilities will include:
• Building strong working relationships with both internal and external customers
• Actively contribute to the team environment, supporting the vision and culture of the department
• Actively seek new ways to help improve existing processes and propose changes to improve the quality of service delivered
• Complete all work to a high quality standard and exceed levels of customer satisfaction
You will also be required to maintain good relationships to encourage future sales, offer the best solutions to ensure clients receive what they have requested and overall be the face/voice of the company to the client. You will be expected to provide a first class service and have a very quality focused ethos.
If you have previous experience in a business-to-business customer focused role and have excellent PC skills, excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong ability to multi-task then this is the opportunity for you. The successful candidates must also be reliable and trustworthy, highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic, have the tenacity and confidence to challenge the current thinking or trends to influence and help the success of the team, be flexible and be able to quickly adapt to change. You must also have pride in your personal appearance and seek to be professional in all your dealings with all contacts.
This position will primarily begin as a contract role throughout a short probationary period but will progress to a permanent role once you have met the relevant entry volumes.
