Job Description:
Responsibilities
o handle customers’ enquiries and fault complaints
o provide online assistance to resolve problems
o monitor the help desk traffic
o forward problems reported to field Technical Officer for following up
o data entry of Job Advices from Field Technical Officer
o prepare all Job advises requested from the banks
o update banks status of the jobs requested
o generate lists of chargeable jobs for billing
o fix appointment with merchants
o any other duties as may be assigned by the Management
Job Specification
o GCE ‘N’ or ‘O” level with good spoken of English & Mandarin
o Positive working attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to work independent
o Good communication and interpersonal & phone handling skills
o Cheerful and outgoing personality
o Microsoft Office Application
o Preferably able to work immediately and prepared to start on permanent shift duty in near future.
