Customer Service Representative
Overview:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for enrolling, servicing, retaining and providing day to day administrative support to our existing employee benefits client base.
Qualifications Required:
• Superior communications skills both verbal and written
• Previous customer service experience required
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, against deadlines and with little supervision
• Knowledge of MS products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent telephone manners
• Previous experience in insurance or related industry an asset
• Previous employee benefits experience an asset
• LLQP is required to be obtained within 9 months of hire date
