hard working individuals from a Recruitment background to do so, you will be
working on both Permanent and the Temporary recruitments. Your remit will be to
generate new businesses and manage existing clients accounts as well as , this
may include site visits and so a professional attire and manner is required.
JOB TITLE: TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS
LOCATION: Lagos
MAIN DUTIES:
Seeking and generating new businesses
Liaising between clients and candidates
Search and selection of candidates (Permanents, Contractors and Temps)
Interviewing candidates to determine their suitability
Candidates registration and placements
CV management.

REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 1-year recruitment, or sales & marketing experience
A strong interview and telephone skills and manner
A strong IT background
Formal education background
Must be a career minded person
REMUNERATION:
The first 3 months, comm. Only on business executed/achieved.
Negotiable salary + Comm from the 4th month.

ESSENTIALS:
Formal Recruitment or Sales experience is required. You will need perseverance,
professionalism and the ability to follow instructions, whilst maintaining a
high level of customer service. Company policies and procedures must be up held
at all times.
