Credit Collection (US MNC)
Our client is currently seeking suitable candidates for the position of Credit Collection Executive on a 4 months contract to perm role.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain systematic records of credit reports and assessments.
• Provide timely response to all credit enquiries
• Escalate long overdue AR balances for management’s attention
• Call customers to chase for payments or suggest alternative solution on outstanding payment
• Preparation of monthly reports for AR
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years relevant experience in collections
• Excellent analytical capabilities and keen attention to detail.
• Able to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent computer software skills (Word, Excel, etc).
