Crabtree &
Evelyn are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to work in our Homebush store in
a full time capacity, working a 38 hour week across weekdays and weekends.
Position
Overview:
- Support
the Store Manager to meet and exceed sales budgets, customer service
standards, operating and merchandising requirements - Assist
in training, developing and leading sales staff to meet sales and
productivity levels - Actively
assist with all store operational requirements, and lead by example by
providing superior service and role modelling of selling techniques
Essential To
This Role:
- Proven
experience as an Assistant Store Manager in Retail - An
ability to prioritise, coordinate and problem solve - Ability
to work collaboratively to achieve a harmonious team environment - Strong
selling skills, customer service focus and great presentation - Leadership
abilities and the willingness to lead by example
