Job description:
Exiting Opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join US Mulit-National Company.
This is an operational role and travel to other sites is an essential part of the job (50%).
Successful candidate will be responsible for 4 sites (around world) and will have the following responsibilities:
– Drive current business forward by helping to increase sales and improve processes.
– Manage day to day operations of manufacturing sites.
– Full P&L responsibilities
– Budget/Headcount control
– Sales
– Responsible for all aspects for Manufacturing and Distribution etc.
Candidate requirements:
Must be degree qualified (in an Engineering Discipline) with min 8 – 10 years Management experience.
Experience must have been gained within a multinational environment where you had responsibility of Multi Sites across Europe or Global.
