Main purpose of the
job:
To develop and ensure the equitable implementation of competitive human
resources policies and practices, and the promotion of an organizational climate
that will attract, retain, motivate and reward suitably qualified and
experienced staff at all levels. Also to ensure that the Centre has adequate
human capital to achieve its organizational and business objectives, and meets
shareholder and customer expectations; and to coordinate and manage the cost of
provision of administrative support services to facilitate operational
effectiveness and efficiency.

o Minimize employee grievances and complaints, and facilitate speedy resolution
of disputes

Position
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
Membership of a recognized professional body is required.
The incumbent should
have a minimum of eight (8) years post qualification experience in a wide range
of HR practices, preferably in a knowledge-based organization and in depth
knowledge of office administrative procedures.
