Support
the head of bases and the project managers to plan logistics procurement
Identify the more cost effective supplies Responsible of the procurement
according the donors and COOPI rules Improve, check, control correct, file and
archive in hard and soft copies procurement documentation, logistic books, list
of suppliers, assets inventory as per COOPI’s rules Follow and ensure that all
the legal aspects of importing and procurement of goods are properly respected,
documented and filed Ensure timely transport of goods to the project
implementation area Responsible for the overall vehicles fleet management and
maintenance Revise security / safe assets in each bases as per COOPI directives
Support the project management
team during project proposal design Support the Country administrator to
prepare for auditing actions Any other assignment requested by his /her
supervisor

Key
qualifications required
qualifications required
At
least 5 years in relevant /similar position working with NGO or private sector.
Minimum academic qualification: bachelor degree or a specialized technical
diploma in a relevant field Fully IT computer literate Practical knowledge in
mechanics and / or electro-technics and photovoltaic system represent a very
strong advantage
