A Continuous Improvement Expert is required for a leading bank based in Edinburgh.Ideally you will be an accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Green/Lean Belt or Lean Leader and have strong interpersonal, communicating and influencing skills at all levels within the business. You will be able to demonstrable experience of delivering projects / programmes through matrix management and have an excellent understanding of project management and change management. You will also be able to demonstrable experience in fast paced and complex transformation programmes and have experience of managing large scale projects using a mix of internal and external resources
You will also have experience of process re-design and improvement; training and coaching up to management level and experience of developing strong working relationships at senior levels.
