This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large commercial building firm as a Site Manager / Supervisor / Foreman. This company is leading the industry for jobs in hand, especially projects valued at $20mil to 100mil.
They are looking for a Site Manager / Supervisor / Foreman who can run an initial $20mil multi-level project from start to finish, ensuring safety procedures are followed, subcontractors are doing their job and paperwork is up straight throughout.
The role is perfect for a Site Manager / Supervisor / Foreman who has worked in the commercial building sector and likes being at site, making sure things happen.
The successful applicant needs to have:
• run jobs around $20mil upwards
• been responsible for 30+ people at site
• strong attention to safety
• the ability to find any irregularities in the plans, and fix them
• come from a carpentry background
• strong communication skills at all levels
