tower in Melbourne’s inner North and now require an experienced and dynamic
Senior Project Manager to oversee the development.

To be considered for this position you will require extensive Project
Management experience on large value projects valued above $40M. You will
preferably come from a Tier One or Tier Two environment and be comfortable with
all the processes and procedures that go with large value projects.

Reporting to the Directors you will be given complete autonomy over
your projects so you will possess the ability to effectively lead a team. With
a proven track record in Project Management you will have a passion for
quality, the ability to manage programs and budget, work under pressure and
achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction.
You will be either trade or tertiary qualified in Construction with strong
leadership and communication skills whilst having a keen eye for detail and
presentation. You will also possess a sound knowledge of the Victorian
construction market including unions, sub contractors etc
