Vacant Job: Area Sales Manager – Retail

Basic Responsibilities
The successful candidate reports to the Regional Commercial Manager and will be
responsible for the following:
  • Responsible for the perfect execution of the
    commercial activities of his/her sales team.
  • Ensure coaching and the professional
    development of his/her sales team.
  • Ensure understanding and execution of the
    commercial rules and guidelines of his/her team.
  • Develop the channel, customer and consumer
    expertise of his/her team.
  • Drive the increase of numeric distribution and
    price compliance within his/her Sales Area.
  • Ensure perfect execution of commercial assets.
  • Manages administration of Senior Sales
    Officers activities for his/her team.
Requirements for the position
The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • Should not be older than 40 years as at
    January 1, 2013.
  • Must be able to work with computer systems
    (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Should have a minimum of two (2) years sales
    experience at managerial level in a FMCG industry.
Qualification
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of
    Second Class Honours Lower Division or Higher National Diploma with Upper
    Credit in any of the following areas: Marketing, Business Administration
    and related discipline.
  • Should provide evidence of participation in
    the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or exemption.
Vacant Job: Area Sales Manager – Distributors

Basic Responsibilities
The successful candidate reports to the Regional
Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the following:
  • Achieve area volume targets for his/her Sales
    Area.
  • Ensure competitive distributors margin via
    on-time communication and realistic target setting.
  • Increase availability of products with
    distributors.
  • Improve price compliance of distributors over
    specified period.
  • Increase stock levels with distributors
    (minimum 4 days of stock).
  • Minimize incidence of returned cheques from
    customers.
  • Prospect and create new accounts in his/her
    Sales Area.
  • Ensure timely delivery of credit notes and
    other communications to the customers.
Requirements for the position

The successful candidate reports to the National Depot Manager and will be
responsible for the following:

  • Handle the receipt and Shipment of transfer
    Orders (at most within 5 working days)
  • Create Sales Order/shipment of Sales Order
  • Check the depots posted shipment
  • Make request for depots empties code for
    onward empties transfers to the breweries locations & reconciliation
    of depots Navision stock with actual physical stock
  • Run and compute depots average daily sales
  • Raise Sales Quote and order conversion to
    mature orders.
Requirements for the position
The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • Should not be older than 30 years as at
    January 1, 2013.
  • Should be willing to work long hours.
  • Should be able to communicate in English
    language fluently (written and oral).
  • Must be able to work with computer systems
    (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Should have a minimum of one (1) year
    post-graduate experience.
Qualification
  • Should have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum
    of Second Class Honours Lower Division or Higher National Diploma with

    Business Administration and related discipline.
  • Should provide an evidence of participation in

Job Title: Tax Compliance and Audit Manager

Basic Responsibilities
The successful candidate reports to the Tax Manager and will be responsible for
the following:

  • Carry out the review of all tax returns – WHT,
    VAT, Excise duties, PAYE etc
  • Carry out periodic review and reconciliation
    of financial results/General Ledgers to tax returns
  • Monitor and implement of the Company’s Tax
    Control Framework
  • Resolute on current/outstanding tax audit
    issues and assessments
  • Identify and implement significant tax
    planning opportunities.
Requirements for the position
The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • Should not be older than 40 years as at
    January 1, 2013.
  • Should be a good team player.
  • Should have a “can do” attitude to
    work and work with minimum supervision.
  • Should be able to communicate in English
    language fluently (written and oral) and have ability to negotiate.
  • Should be open to learning and development on
    tax related matters.
  • Must be able to work with computer systems
    (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Should have minimum of two (2) years
    post-graduate experience as an Accountant or Tax Officer with a reputable
    Company
Qualification
  • Have a Bachelor’;s degree with a minimum of
    Second Class Honours Lower Division or Higher National Diploma with Upper
  • Credit in any of the following areas:
    Accounting, Economics, Business Administration and related discipline.
  • Should provide evidence of participation in
    the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or exemption.
