My Client is without doubt one of the most successful and well established retailers. They are seeking to recruit a Fashion Forward and Enthusiastic concession Manager for their Galway Store.
This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who has a passion for fashion, thrives on the challenge of working in a fast paced business, and has the ability and enthusiasm to drive a team and business forward.
Requirements for the role:
• At least 2 – 3 years experience in a similar Retail position
• Demonstrate strong communications and interpersonal skills and a real commitment to excellent customer service.
• In depth knowledge of the industry
• Strong Sense of independence and ability to work on own initiative
• Experience of working within a fast paced Fashion background
• Experience of working in a high turnover store
Responsibilities:
• Day to day Management of the concession.
• Responsible for the product, management and development of staff and driving sales. You will coordinate daily activities and duties.
• You will make decisions regarding stock and products in order to reach the sales targets set for you.
• You will organise staff in order to guarantee their involvement.
• You will be responsible for merchandising and displays so that fashion is present everywhere.
• Above all, you will ensure that every customer comes away from the store having had a complete and satisfactory shopping experience.
