Working in a clearly defined job area, you’ll obtain and analyse Management Information, identify regulatory issues through monitoring and testing, exposure to the Santander UK executive and be involved in handling FSA requests and FSA visits. You’ll also provide regulatory advice to the business, helping to implement new standards in low risk areas and acting as the reference point for queries, ensuring the bank’s regulatory framework is adhered to, as well as assisting in ensuring well-informed decisions are made. This will develop your relationship building skills.
In order to be considered for the Compliance Graduate intake, you must have, or expect to gain, a 2:1 degree or equivalent, in Finance/Accounting, Business or another subject with a significant financial/compliance content. Candidates will need to evidence high levels of business acumen.
