To conduct QC check on local production batches and imported finished product
(upon request), including colour matching approval.

To ensure all daily activities is compliant to ISO 9001, 5S, HSES, OH&H and
regional requirements.


To identify manufacturing process failure and initiate improvement actions
towards products & process control including SLOB reduction. (verification
by Packaging solutions lab)

To attend customer complaints, RCA investigation and report writing.
(verification by Packaging solutions lab

Carry out SPC/SQC on all local manufacture finished products and in-coming
check on critical raw material/ substrates. (verification by Packaging
solutions lab)

Shelf life extension on expired product local blend imported finished product,
(verification by Packaging solutions lab

Product COA optimization/review and QC Test method improvements and
specifications review. (verification by S lab)

Coordinate and align with other Packaging sites Quality team

To co-ordinates & lead the QC lab and ensure smooth daily operation which
meet our quality standards.

Owner and controller of ISO system/ process and documentation & customer
audit /follow up
Job
Requirements:

Min Bachelor in Chemistry

Preferable having similar working experience for at least 2 years

Good knowledge in Chemistry and Applied or Analytical Chemistry

Hands on experience in quality/process trouble shooting.

Language skills to include fluency in English, Malay and some local dialects.

Ability to focus on results, promote teamwork and build trust and respect.

Must be analytical and thorough.Quendy

Ability to learn and work independently

Ability to multi-task and good planning skill.
