1. MAIN

To perform continuous improvement at the
work to achieve customer satisfaction; kaizen culture·

RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and organise the project final test· activities with relevant parties including team
lead, project manager, engineering, QA; within the project scope and due date
Execute the· project activities according to the plan and
follow the manufacturing escalation process in case of out of plan and issue
happening
Perform the final test checklists with
accuracy; having zero defect goal in mind·
Perform the final test on specific
customer requirements with accuracy; having zero defect goal in mind·
· Perform close loop with setup team to ensure
continuous improvement on the module setup-preparation; having zero defect goal
in mind
· Perform close loop with engineering team to ensure
continuous improvement on design rules/template (mechanical, hardware,
software, vision); having zero defect goal in mind
Perform close loop with· project management team to ensure continuous
improvement on customer requirements-samples management; having zero defect
goal in mind
Perform log-in of all issues into the
issue-tracking-database for Kaizen purpose; having zero defect goal in mind·
· Perform task using correct tools, jigs and
instruction. Correct tools refers to calibrated measuring tools and control
documents
Initiate to learn and improve skill competency
over times; align to annual training matrix·
· Perform 5S practice daily at the working area.
Upkeep and maintain tools and jig always in good condition. Ensure material
with clear identification and arrange orderly
Ensure to follow safe work· procedurs and to use personal protective equipment
( safety boots, ear plug, safety glasses,face mask ) according to safety
instruction
To· support field service job if required. Travelling within the country or
oversea is required from time to time but limited to less than 10 trips per
year
To align with company
vision-mission-annual plan; provide full support to ensure success·
Execute any other tasks assigned by the
supervisor from time to time·

Experience: 2 – 3 years of related
technical experience.·
Education: Associates degree/Diploma or
equivalent technical experience.·
· Skills/Technical Requirements: Ability to read
schematics, assembly drawings, and detailed blueprints; use common tools and
mechanical fixtures; possess electro-mechanical and pneumatic
