Commercial Director Job Vacancy in Dudley at Dudley Building Society

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will contribute to the strategic leadership, direction and development of the business. The Dudley is a traditional building society with assets exceeding £300 million providing competitive savings and mortgage products together with related services to the local community and this is an exciting opportunity to shape the development of the organisation’s strategy.
You will have a deep understanding of all areas of compliance and have worked within the financial services regulatory environment.

You will be expected to provide leadership, vision and strategic direction on all commercial matters to ensure that the society has the right capability and structure to meet present and future needs-that delivers successful results.

You will have experience of developing corporate and business strategies covering-
• Sales
• Compliance and Risk Management.
• Regulatory matters
• Financials
• Business Development/External relationships.

A qualified leader with exceptional commercial acumen and experience of working within strict regulatory requirements and delivering results. Demonstrable leadership through influence, technical ability and the professional integrity, credibility and confidence to shape the societies strategic aims. You must be able to develop sound relationships at all levels and take a pragmatic or creative approach and provide clarity in complex situations. You will have experience of working in the banking industry and a sound working knowledge of the Mortgage market.
