projects within the 20 to 40 million dollar mark.
The
role:

Predominately
working within a solid team, this is a very hands on role.
You can expect a varied work load coupled with responsibility. You will
primarily be involved in and take a lead role in the documentation of projects
within the multi residential sector.

Candidate
Background:
·The ideal candidate will have experience with multiunit residential project
background with an open approach.
·8yrs minimum local experience. ·
·Outstanding CAD ability.
·A hunger for progression and excellence.
·A firm and full understanding of the construction documentation process. ·
·A confidant presenter who is keen for new challenges.
