Our client, a major UK financial outsourcer require Credit Management Consultants to join their team within the Glasgow operation. The role will be inbound and outbound, making calls to existing customers to ensure control over the levels of bad debt. The recent impact of the credit crunch has seen more people fall behind on repayments of outstanding debts, therefore the role requires people who come from a strong telephone collections based background who thrive on working within a pressured environment. The role requires flexibility over 35 hours per week between 8am – 8pm Monday – Saturday. A generous basic salary is on offer for the right candidate, as well as a great bonus scheme and excellent training programme.
