recruiting for a Consumer Engagement Representative to join our Consumer
Affairs team, located in Sydney CBD. This position is a Maternity Leave
contract for a minimum period of 12 months.
The purpose of this role is to support the Consumer Affairs team and assist in
handling consumer communications through a variety of service channels in an
effective, efficient and prompt manner, whilst maintaining and promoting the
equity of our brands and ensuring consumer satisfaction. You will also be
required to report on communication trends and variances, identifying issues
and quality problems with actionable recommendations.
Adhering to Colgate-Palmolive’s social media and consumer response guidelines,
you will identify and prepare consumer communications working within a small
team that is dedicated to delivering excellent service standards.
