Key Role Deliverables
1. Responsible for drafting and implementing human resource policies,
systems and procedures
2. Establishing and implementing an organisation wide training and
development system
3. Managing the organisations operational and strategic human resource
requirements
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. Must be fluent in English, French and Kinyarwanda
2. Must have previous experience drafting and implementing HR Policies
and systems.
3. Must have previous experience composing and implementing training and
development systems
4. Must have benefits and compensation management experience
5. Must have organisational design and recruitment system implementation
experience
6. Must have performance management and appraisal system implementation
experience
7. Must have good working knowledge of Rwanda labour laws, legal
procedures, and government regulations.
8. Must have a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
9. Must have over 7 years working experience, 2 of which must be in a
senior management role
10. Must have worked in an organisation with over 100 employees.
11. Must be competent in use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
and Outlook
Preferred Skills
  • Fluent
    in Kiswahili
  • Good
    working knowledge of East  African labour laws, legal procedures, and
    government regulations
  • Regional
    or international experience is an added advantage
  • MBA
    will be an added advantage
