implementation of Monitoring & Evaluation system;

Three years proven experience and skills in project design, projects
coordination, participatory monitoring and evaluation processes;

Experience in developing, maintaining and manipulating databases; using
software such as SPSS, Stata, Access, Epinfo and others;

methods of data collection, data analysis and survey design using quantitative
and qualitative methods;

planning approaches;
