The new Area Manager MUST
present:

Previous
Cluster or AM experience
Outstanding
team management skills, including recruitment, team building, motivation,
support, training
Willingness
to aim for 110%
Proven
record in driving sales and KPI’s
Previous
experience in stores operations, including stock takes management, transfers,
promo set ups, control, VM directives.
Passion
for being part of the team and leading floor by example when needed.
Current
driving licence and own car

Package includes:

Base of
50,000 plus great package >> OTE up to 100,000 !!
