An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Client Service Advisor to join the broking team of this leading insurance broker. The primary responsibility of the role is to work with colleagues and Client Managers to deliver high quality and efficient service, principally in support to one of their largest property owner Clients.
As a Client Service Advisor your key responsibilities will include:
Working within the Corporate servicing team to ensure the highest level of service and technical advice is provided to Clients.
Responsible for pro-actively assisting in the day to day running of Client’s insurance programmes, including but not limited to:
– Insurance and premium queries
– Managing Agent queries
– Processing data input on premium allocation system
– Renewals
– Adjustments
– Invoicing & Account Maintenance
– Low Claims Rebates
– Risk Improvements
– Policy administration
– Negotiation with Insurers
– Accounting queries
– Excel spreadsheet alterations
• Responsible for compliant issuance of renewal report, policy documentation and all other client documentation
• Contributes pro-actively to client satisfaction, retention and profitability as determined by the Client Manager
• Responsible for adherence to business processes, systems and procedures
• Awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance with them
As a Client Service Advisor your skills and qualifications should include:-
• Relevant technical insurance knowledge
• Professionally represent company, demonstrating an understanding of Corporate objectives and compliance with regulatory and business procedures
• Client focused
• Develop and maintain relationships with both Clients and Insurers
• Experience of Excel and Word systems
• Highly numerate
• Ability to work efficiently and able to meet tight deadlines
• Positive team player
• Demonstrate good communication, decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to appropriately engage with relevant colleagues and third parties
