Working to targets is at the forefront of this role and you must be able to work accurately and to deadlines and be committed to meeting team targets.
Additionally, the team also manages complaints within the required regulatory guidelines supervised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and aim to meet service level agreements with stakeholders.
The right candidate will be flexible and professional under pressure, have strong interpersonal skills and a commitment and focus on succeeding in a challenging environment.
This role requires the candidate to work every weekend as part of their core hours and therefore the right candidate must be able to work on their own initiative.
We are looking for candidates with good experience within the financial services industry, who are confident and professional on the telephone and have the ability to structure correspondence to clients.
