company based in the Eastern suburbs has a vacancy for a full time receptionist
/ administrator to join its team and be the ‘face’ of the business.
Key responsibilities will include

client interaction (face to face and on phone)

meeting and greeting

phone reception
·        
inventory reconciliations
·        
occasional accounts suppo

general administration

ad hoc data entry
·        
organising and co-ordinating meetings
·        
office supplies
As first point of contact it is important the
successful applicant is articulate and portrays a professional image.
Exceptional customer service mentality is a must as are all round
organisational capabilities.
Additional requirements:
·        
minimum 3 – 5 years reception experience
·        
proficiency in microsoft applications
·        
high attention to detail
·        
time management
·        
reconciliations
·        
ERP exposure an advantage
