Ensuring that all team members complete their tasks in time, Ensuring that
information on databases remains secure, Interpreting data and writing reports,
Reviewing gathered research data and analysing various sets of data, Making
research schedules to monitor activities of research teams, Collecting data and
offering recommendations on evalua
ting projects, Working with research
assistants to identify company project goals, research methods, variables and
other test parameters
Minimum age of 25, Ability to work under minimum supervision, In possession of
a valid clean driving licence, Must have knowledge of data collection and
analysis, statistical computer software programs, qualitative data research,
quantitative data sets, project management, and communications, Minimum 3 yrs
experience of working as a research and development officer at a reputable
organisation, Should have a minimum of a relevant diploma with a substantial
social research component from a recognised institution of higher learning,
Should be self-motivated with good research, information, organisational,
numerical, analytical, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
