Provide leadership and direction to the Club’s members of staff, Management of
Club’s resources in accordance w
ith the club’s policies, procedures and
regulations, Prepare Budgets in liaison with all Sectional Heads for Management
Committee’s approval, Coordinate and plan all activities of the Club to ensure
that it is commercially viable
Minimum of a Diploma in Business Management, Those with experience win sports
administration or hospitality industry will have an added advantage, Must be at
least 30 yr sold with a minimum of 5 yrs experience, Should be energetic and
versatile, Should be able to work with minimum supervision, Should be computer
literate
5. Senior Accountant – Grade H/PS) – Civil Service Sporting
club
Production of budgets and designing monitoring tools, Preparation of payments
for all cost centres (Football, Netball, Social club and Project, Ensure that
all ledgers are updated on a daily basis), Prepare monthly cashbooks and conduct
monthly bank reconciliation, Produce monthly management reports for all the
cost centres, Produce monthly revenue returns on all the revenue components,
Prepare a weekly debtors report, Prepare weekly summary reports for sales,
Produce monthly income and expenditure reports, Conduct weekly inventory count,
Supervising accounting and procurement staff
Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting (preferable PAEC or ACCA), At least 25 yrs
old with a minimum of 3 yrs practical experience in a commercial entity Should
be energetic and versatile, Should be able to work with minimum supervision,
Should be computer literate
