City of Oulu Internationalisation Scholarships in Finland

Applications are being accepted for City of Oulu Internationalization
Scholarships. These scholarships are open to international master’s degree
students.

Oulu is one of the largest universities in Finland, located in the city of
Oulu. It was founded on July 8, 1958. The university has around 16,000 students
and 3,000 staff.

College
Admission Requirement

Entrance
Requirement: Academic success; credit accumulation and grade point average.
Applicant must have achieved at least 55 ECTS during their 1st academic year
(their 1st year of the Master studies) at the University of Oulu.

Test Requirement: No

English Language
Requirement: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually
required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level
required by the University.
