As the Project
Coordinator, you will work in cooperation with and under the direction of the
Project Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of leadership development
programs.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
- Working
with lead consultant to ensure all program deliverables are met and
activity coordinated in a timely manner - Scheduling
events, booking venues, organising equipment and materials - Prepare
event materials to the required standard including production of
workbooks, handouts and slide packs - Liaison
with faculty to ensure that the required resource is in place - Coordinating
delivery of materials for events and liaison with clients as required - Compiling
evaluation summaries and communication to faculty and client - Managing
costs as appropriate and providing regular updates - Tracking
consultant utilisation and assigment of activity to client projects - Tracking
associate consultant invoices and assignment of activity to client
projects
Additional duties to
support the Cirrus team:
- General
administrative duties as required by the Cirrus team to deliver quality to
clients - Producing
reports, slide packs, etc. to a high standard - Supporting
marketing activity including preparation for promotional events,
coordination of activity, venue bookings - Representing
Cirrus at corporate events - Office
coordination – booking meeting rooms and preparing for meetings, managing
supplies, managing post
Skills &
Experience:
- Excellent
communication skills – strong, clear, articulate and engaging - Excellent
co-ordination and organisation skills - Ability
to manage changing priorities and adapt well to change - Strong
analytical skills - Solid
understanding of managing budgets - Client
focused and builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues with
good telephone manner - Self-motivated,
tenacious and resilient, positive and calm under pressure - Uses
own initiative to resolve issues - High
degree of attention to detail - Project-coordination
experience and skills (planning, organising, communication) - Able to
work at high speed and intensity whilst maintaining attention to detail - Committed
to personal, professional and colleague development - Intermediate
Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
