- Cohesively
work with sales/marketing personnel in the development of materials and
marketing strategies for products and services - Design
and deliver content for professional learning courses in such areas as
coaching, goal-setting and program development aimed at users of the
performance management system - Build
strong and enduring customer relationships and loyalty through professional
development services - Develop
and facilitate customized consulting, presentations and workshops at
schools - Develop
a program of workshops, client event days and conferences for schools in
major centres - Nurture
a community/network of user schools for the sharing and creation of best
practices in professional learning programmes in schools - Continuously
review and improve services and programs as the school market for
professional learning expands
Ideal
Candidate
Candidate
- A
Bachelor’s degree and additional post-graduate degrees or certification in
areas such as human resources, education or professional development and
training in the Education and/or business sectors - At
least 8 years of increasing responsibilities as a creator of professional
learning services in the Education and/or business sector - Significant
experience working in or with schools and the broader educational sector,
with appreciation and understanding of the unique culture of schools - Demonstrated
expertise in delivering workshops and presentations, and in consulting
more generally - Strong
ability to influence and work with school middle, and upper, management
and to lead and inspire teams - Superb
interpersonal and communications skills, especially with a variety of
leadership and management levels - A
personal commitment to professional growth to develop the knowledge and
expertise required to support new products and services - An
exceptionally strong analytical, and creative thinker who embraces change
and challenge - Excellent
computer and software skills necessary for the varied responsibilities - Willingness
to travel extensively across Australia
