responsible for acting as specialist to maximize equipment and cement process
efficiencies in a cost effective way, within quality limits.

Qualification

- Degree
in Engineering – B.Eng (Chemical, Cement Process, Chemistry) or B.Tech
Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Cement Process, Chemistry) or
equivalent - At
least 5 Years of experience in cement process and/or cement technology
manufacturing among which at least 3 Years of experience as Process
Engineer; - Sound
experience in safety, environment, maintenance, business planning, finance
and project management understanding.

communication and interpersonal skills - Ability
to work under tight deadlines and pressure; - Good
ICT & reporting skills; - High
level of English Proficiency (Read; Write; Speak). French; or Swahili

to manage, motivate and control a technical team - Willingness
to work and live in a remote area
