to the Production Team Leader the ideal candidate will be accountable and
responsible for employees development and maintaining a high level of skills
and competencies within the Production Department to ensure that the
settled goals are reached, namely to become the preferred world class
producer and supplier of quality cement

Qualification

- Bachelor
Degree in Chemistry , Engineering ; production or Equivalent - At
least 5 Years of experience in cement process and/or cement technology
manufacturing process among which at least 4 years as Process Operator; - Assessor
certificate would be advantageous

communication and interpersonal skills; - Willing
to work extended hours - Good
ICT & reporting skills; - High
level of English Proficiency (Read; Write; Speak). French; or Swahili
