Policy Servicing Executive
Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
• Process non-financial and financial alterations (for both conventional and Takaful on shared service mode).
• To process and alteration within the agreed service level agreement.
• To escalate to supervisor should he/she find it difficulty in resolving the alteration within the SLA.
• Ensuring that customer & policy servicing activities is carried out according to processes & based on customers’ needs.
• Compliance to local regulations is adhered to all time in terms of customers activities.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Good in Microsoft Office – Words, Excel & Powerpoint.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa.
• Good communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of people.
• Good work attitude, a team player, proactive and independent.
• Knowledgeable about Bank Negara guidelines for insurance industry.
