currently have a position for a chocolatier/pastry chef/chocolate manufacturer,
experienced in chocolate tempering and working with chocolate, to join our team
in preparing, tempering, moulding and d

position will be full time Monday to Friday at our factory in Willoughby. To

In
this role you will:
• Temper chocolate by seeding as well as using chocolate tempering machines
• Mould and de-mould chocolates.
• Prepare ingredients
• Assist in developing new products.
• Assist in wrapping and packaging chocolate products.

successful applicant must:
• Be experienced and confident in tempering chocolate via the seeding method.

tempering machine.
