QUALIFICATION
Applicants should be serving officers at
Grade G with at least four years’ experience
in Administration work in District level and must possess a
Degree in any of the Social Sciences e.g. Public/ Business Administration,
Human Resource Management/Development. Serving officers with a
Diploma in Public Administration from recognised institution ,with more
than four years at Grade G will also be considered.

DUTIES

COMPETENCIES AND APTITUDES
The incumbent should have well developed
interpersonal and communication skills. She/he should have sound knowledge of
development policies and priorities of Government so that these are effectively
translated to suit District Council needs. Ability to network with officials
and experts in other organizations/institutions.
