The position is for a professional between the ages of 25 and 40 to work as the above. Must be willing to relocate to Malawi. The position is a live in position , with meals and accommodation provided.

Duties include the following :
– Menu planning
– Meal preparation
– Manage the kitchen staff
– Preparation of meals
– Food and drinks inventory and stock control
– Guest liaison
