candidate. Early Childhood Teachers that are experienced are encouraged to
apply, as the role is the Room Leader of the 4-5 Age Group and Educational
Leader.
This
Pre-School caters for up to 40 children and is accompanied by a large, leafy
and well equipped outdoor play area. The staff are dedicated to providing a
program based on each child’s interests, strengths and needs and are looking
for someone who shares this ethos to become part of the team.

A
Room Leader role requires someone who has previously had experience in mentoring a
team of staff or, at the very least, possess the leadership
skills in order to take on this level of responsibility. Educational Leader
requires someone who is highly
experienced in programming and has had experience with the School Readiness Program.

be considered for this role, applicants must have the following:

- Experience
working within a childcare centre, preferably with 3-5 year olds - A
strong, confident and motivated personality with an ambition to provide
education standards of excellence - A
good level of maturity with the ability to take their own initiative in
their work - A
good team worker - Two
relevant teaching or student observation references - A
current Working with Children Check
