is an exciting opportunity for a qualified ECT to work Full Time in a privately
owned centre, as part of a large organisation, situated in a lovely location in
Chatswood.
This 56 place centre offers extremely high Educational standards, providing an
exceedingly stimulating and supportive environment for staff and children
alike. The new ECT will be strongly motivated to consistently come up with
ideas to improve the service, to collaborate strongly with other staff and have
a determination to achieve ‘Exceeding’ in all Quality areas of childcare for
the centre.
To be successful in this role, it is vital that applicants are passionate about
the Early Years and have the drive to succeed as a leader. you are able to
build relationships and a positive rapport quickly with both the families of
the centre and the wider community.
Ideal applicants must be competent in all areas of childcare compliance,
legislation and OH&S and have an excellent working knowledge of the NQF and
EYLF.
