Your Position: As the leader of the construction team you will be involved in
the leadership of the construction team and progress reports of the
construction cycle, as well as being an integral part of the management group
in this consulting business.

You will report directly to the Engineering Manager who will provide you with
necessary responsibility to drive commercial outcomes and be an elite performer
in what is going to be a growing industry over the coming years

Day to day activities will include;

• Construction Management of land development
  projects.
• Team leadership of construction and contract
  management team
• Proven communication and mentoring ability.
• Contributing to business operation and growth.
• Liaising with clients, developers and other
  authorities throughout the design process – next step project Management
• Deal effectively with water and utilities
  authorities
• Report writing of design team progress in line
  with business objectives.
• Knowledge of the land development process and
  subdivision act in Victoria.
