This role will see you working on a variety of projects and initiatives in an
end to end capacity.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience
  in the analysis of business processes as part of a Change program
• Experience
  with Change Initiatives with proven results within a large, complex
  organisation
• Strong
  stakeholder engagement and relationship building capability
• Skilled
  in Business Case development and the use of the RPMM (preferably using
  activity based costing)
• End to
  end business process mapping and gap analysis experience
• Experience
  documenting and analysing time and motion studies
• Skilled
  in facilitating workshops and stakeholder management, particularly dealing
  with industrial relations, safety and risk management.
• Skills
  and experience dealing with data mining and statistical analysis
• Excellent
  written and oral communications skills
• Advanced
  Excel skills, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
• Experience
  with Primavera will be highly regarded
