project to assist their clients effectively manage their information through a
new portal.They are looking for an experienced Business and Benefits Analyst to
join them to assist with the development and implementation of this project.

join them to assist with the development and implementation of this project.
The duties of the role will include:
– Undertaking analysis of the organisations teams
– Analysing and reporting the benefits to be realised to the organisation
– Working with stakeholders to create documentation surrounding business
processes
– Facilitating workshops, surveys, meetings and reviews to understand
requirements
– Monitor benefits realised during the project to map against expected benefits
– Develop conceptual models
– Ensuring standards are being maintained in regards to processes and systems
The successful candidate with have:
– Prior experience in a similar role within a large
organisation or government department
– Experience documenting business process and developing benefits reports
– Experience with BPMN
– Demonstrated ability to control cost and time effectiveness
