Assistant Administration Officer
Salary: 1500-2500
1 Administrator Officer (immed vacancy)
2 Assistant Administrator (immed Vacancy)
Responsibilities:
• Ability to handle phone enquiries
• Handling & managing general administrative functions and tasks
• Conduct phone interviews with customer
• Handling Basic Account Software ( with guidance)
• Generating Account and contract Report (with Guidance)
• Supporting the team and Director on operations matters
• Any ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Highly initiative and takes accountability
• Meticulous; been able to multi-task & priorities work within tight schedule
• Ability to work independently and a great team-player
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Words, Excel)
• Positive attitude and good self-management
• No minimum qualification require
• Minimum 4 “O” Level with Credit in English for Administrator Officer
• Able to have FUN whilst at work
• Outgoing personality
• Confident & result-oriented
Additional requirements:
• Immediate starter only
• Slight Odd hours for Different Department
