This
highly respected builder who have been established for over 40 years have
created a fantastic name for themselves in the NSW & VIC markets. They have
been operating in the NSW market for the past 2.5 years are continuing to grow
year on year operating in fields such as residential and commercial projects,
their projects would normally value between $50M to $150M.
 
After winning multiple awards in Melbourne over the past 40 years they are now
looking to make their mark on the NSW market and are already generating some
positive noise.

They currently have 3 projects running in Sydney and are in need of a mid-level
Contracts Administrator to join the business and work on a $70M CBD project
under a Senior CA.

This
is an exciting time to be joining the business and they are looking for someone
who is looking to grow with the team. You will report to your Project Manager
and the General Manager of the business, they have a flat line friendly
management structure.
  
The Contract Administrator this well established large mid-tier builder is
looking for will have:
  • 3 – 5
    year’s experience as a Contract Administrator
  • Come
    from a tier 2 background
  • Ideally
    have experience working on residential projects although large scale
    commercial will be considered
  • Showing
    stability with past employers
  • Have
    experience with known builders in Australia
  • Keen to
    succeed
  • Be well
    presented
  • Ability
    to cost report and handle large sub-contractor package
